Owning pets and taking care of their needs

When I met my husband, he owned a cat.  He had been the cats sole provider for seven years and if you think that cat liked me one little bit, you are sadly mistaken.  However, because he had lived alone with the cat for so long,

Soon after meeting him, we went shopping to find a nice stash of cat supplies.  And, suddenly, this cat went from being a one-man owned cat to the family pet.  This cat had more toys and sleeping comforts than we did at certain times over the next few years.
