Yes, my husband are taking a little weekend where we can run around like little while Indians doing anything we please.  Of course, his idea of a good vacation would be be to get to our destination, rest for a few hours that afternoon and then hit the ground running the next day.  He would be all for a short rest in the afternoon but then he would be want to get back out in the sightseeing world.  for me, the idea of a cool vacation comes more in the form of simply relaxing. 

The way I look at it is this, if we are going to go to sight-see, let's go somewhere that we've never been before.  But, if we are going to rest, then let's go somewhere familiar that way there's no pressure to see the sights, we know where the good restaurants are and we know most definitely the schedules of the tourist.

And, finally, luxury vacations would be the kind where we are kind of familiar with the area but we have a few places we want to eat or see that we've never been before.  But, the luxury part would come in when we could sleep in, go get massages and facials and lay by the pool and have drinks brought to us and then have manicures and pedicures and another massage prior to getting dressed for a really fancy night out.  Now, that's what I call a luxury vacation.  What about ou?
