I run my daycare business out of my pocket.  No, really, I do.  I carry my quickbooks around in my pocket.  I carry my daycare program around...in my pocket.  I am not kidding you.  I use a really high capacity flash memory drive and I carry it around in my pocket, or at the least, in my pocket book.  I can do really well most of the time with my quickbooks and my daycare program along with some photos and some excel spreadsheets. 

If you are smart, you can get flash drives at a good price and you too can keep all your "stuff" on this one little piece of equipment.  Even if it is just your family photos you don't want to lose, put them on the flash and lock them away, they will be safe and you will have your photos for ever.
