Ok, I have to admit, at first I said, "UH?".  However, the more I hear about it, the more I like the way it sounds..I have a difficult time when I'm listening to people who naturally speak another language and they are trying to communicate with me in English.  And, believe me, I've had my fair share of doctors mostly that have been non-English speaking people for a very long time.  They confuse me a lot.  They ask me one question, I answer another and then we are off to a really bad start right off the bat.

But, believe it or not, there's such a thing as accent reduction courses and to be perfectly honest, I know a few non-English speaking folks who could use this and...well, ok, I confess, if you don't understand good ol' slang redneck...you probably think I need to take the course too.
